Armitage Shanks Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Can anyone tell me how to take the cover off one of these so I can adjust the temperature slightly?

pretty sure you can't adjust the temp, do you want it hotter? it is a safety device to prevent scalding by mixing hot with cold before the outlet.

Thanks - yeah I wanted to make it slightly hotter... Bath a bit too cool even with only hot water filling it, but rest of house hot water temperature is much better.
