Auto flush not flushing (urinal cistern)

Hello everyone

Quick problem recently installed a concealed urinal cistern with auto syphon and cistimiser.the problem I have is the cistern is over flowing and not flushing and over filling the cistern.iv replaced the auto syphon already and no change.any help greatly appreciated

Could be filling up too fast.

I was thinking that might try reducing the flow into the cistern just alot of waiting around to see it work

Is the overflow lower than the top level of the syphon.?

Had the same problem, replaced siphon still the same.

Spreader was blocked, replaced and worked fine.
