I have just purchased an old cottage with oil fired boiler and a back boiler. As the property was vacant for quite a while the system has been drained down. I dont want to fill the rads back up just yet because i might replace some or re-site them. My question is can I still use the open fire safely??
Any help appreciated.
Dave

I would recommend the fire is fully checked before you use it, anything could have happened whilst the property was vacant
