If you were replumbing a house with an unvented cylinder.
Would you pipe all colds from the balanced supply or just mixer taps showers?

All of them. Although sometimes easier to fit another pressure reducing valve on the incoming main to match the one on the unvented if the pressure is high enough. It can make the pipework routes easier.

Only showers I would unless on a booster supply

I usually pipe all as balanced but looking at the MIs for an ideal cylinder it says to only pipe showers and mixer taps as balanced hot and cold
