Bath/shower mixer identify

has anybody seen this tap before and could tell me make so I can try to get replacement?

Colin, i would replace it but there is very bad access, toilet next to bath, all tiled in so I'm trying to find if i can replace cartridges and service existing tap to avoid taking everything apart :/

It looks very old, but someone somewhere will have a cartridge for it. Can't you not remove the cartridge from one side and try sending a pic to one of the many online cartridge retailers? The inners should have a makers stamp which will provide a basis for a Google search. I've had to do this a few times.

You should post this in the valves and taps section as well for a wider audience.

Hope you get a fix for it, but I don't know the manufacturer.

tap identified as very old Aqualisa, probably 20 years old. Been to my favorite merchant and guy knew it straightaway.
