Edit, forget the above 80% is just on old stock, nothing to do with reductions in administration.
I've just put a £1301.20 bath suite in the basket (that had the usual 20% discount on it) and they still want £1301.20

My only bath store story :
I was fitting a bathroom for a customer who sourced all the gear themselves from bath store. 900 x900 quadrant shower plus WC and basin.
Except when we got the tray out of the garage it was 800x800 , bugger !
Phoned bath store branch expecting the usual nightmare trying to get anything done quickly. By total chance at that very moment they were being visited by the managing director himself who answered the phone, "no problem" he said , leave it with me.
He called me back within 10 minutes and had arranged a courier to pick up the correct tray from their warehouse and get it over to me, we had it by the afternoon.
Where there's a will there's a way.

I meant as in they make a lot of mistakes.

Had nothing but hassle from them. One customer bought a shower enclosure and asked me to fit it. There was literally only about 2mm adjustment to the vertical on it and the walls were loads out. I had to improvise with tile edging.
