baxi 105 he fan flue failure fault

Hi,

Went to repair baxi 105 he, the pump and fan run but tge boiler doesnt spark, removed cover checked fan venturi remived and blew through it, did visual of flue, checked aps wires on pcb, whilst multimeter black lead on earth and red lead on pcb aps normally open wire , the boiler fires up, replaced aps same problem. Earth to common 24v earth to normally open 24v,

Could it be the pcb??? Fan gets 240 juice
