baxi 105 heating problems

hi lads ,
baxi 105 heating problems, flow pipe mad hot, return pipe cool, boiler up to temp in about 2 mins, hot water fine, pump running fine, plate heat ex acid dipped 3 weeks ago, top pin on diverter valve in the up position all the time.
was thinking diverter valve jammed up ??? and needs either replace or repair.
any help much appreciated.

try pushing pin down defo sounds like diverter problem,if able get refurb kit or better still get some one in

i can push the pin down but nowt changes !

Not checked , is it the gauze tube at the boiler union ?

return filter clear , going to change diverter valve in the morning !!
