dean.

i had to disconnect the above boiler tonight as the co was going of the scale on my anton. I had the flue striped apart and all the joints are fine. The air intake is normal with no poc. I was speaking to heat team but they had no answers. The burner pressures are set. Im going back tomorrow to spend more time on it, has anyone got anything i should be checking. cheers

yea gas man def an E, thats whats strange theres not much in it to check.

Injectors and burner, give them a clean. I'd make sure the flue outlet seal is good if you haven't already.

yea i will do, i was planing on stripping the hole burner and fan tomorrow. ive checked the seals they all seem fine.

insulation panel cracked and fallen on burners can cause the issue!

What state is the heat exchanger in? Fan running at correct speed?

it fixed the problem, striped out the fan , burner and injectors gave them a good clean, i didnt notice anything different but when they were reassembled it worked perfect.
