Cust has sent me this picture.

Dont ask me why he is taking the case off the boiler and messing with it.

On the diverter valve the pin in the photo does not hit the microswitch, Cust activates the microswitch himself and boiler will work fine.

This would mean the diaphragm needs replacing is that correct?

He said pressure will flick up and down which makes me think there may be a restriction also.

60 light on the front will flash - pump/pressure fault I believe.

I'm having a look tonight to confirm. Rather than change the diaphragm I was going to recommend a complete diverter assembly in case it is starting to scale up, I don't want to be called back in 3 months time.

Is there anything else this could be or am I correct in thinking diaphragm/diverter?

Thanks

On the 105 he can as the case isn't a seal

And yes jay new dia kit required

Thanks ShaunCorbs, would it just be the diverter valve, would I need any o rings/additional deals?
