hi , took off the 2 black switches, part numbers 248732. to the combi baxi 105e instant, , one has 2 reds the other black and white . wich one goes on the dhw valve , also 60 deg light flashing indicateing , pump or low preasure, pump working fine , and ordered 2 diaphrams if this fails is there any other cause of 60 deg light flashing , no leaks to system, any help would be much appreciated, thanks , had water out of preasure vessel so turned off preheat , and repreasured system, worked, for months, but keeps needing top up. thinking of adding ext, pv, while drained down, any advice, boiler 5 yr old, approx.

Well it did not work correctly if you kept needing to top system pressure up,if no leaks on boiler must be on system unless leaking through prv when heating on as expansion vessel requires sorting correctly,by keep filling for months you keep letting fresh corrosive properties into system this could be a cause of the problem on the boiler also
would suggest you get someone in who is experienced for the good of your boiler and your safety

imho

Regarding wires its Black and White (Newcastle) Top and Red (Sunderland) Bottom. Does the pin on the bottom Diff come right out when pump starts..And yes fit a external ex vess when drained down..The vessels on these are a major weak point..

thanks for all your help guys , talked to , baxi repairer , common fault on 105e instant when boiler fully drained down , air lock in boiler , told to remove , diverter valve electric motor push down pin manully , and turn on to ch, mode lots of air then . 60 deg light stopped flashing after a bit then boiler fired , and outo blleeder kicked in then turned over to h w , all fine , after installing ex pv and both diaphrams my boiler , preseure sits at 1 bar and doesnt , move when useing ch, or dhw , i uesed a 18 ltr , coz got 15 rads, tested heating twice, all great and been useing dhw for 4 days all fine, hope this trick can help someone else.
