Any one had problem were the hot water is stuck on even though no taps are running. The green tap light symbol is on solid not flashing and boiler running so when you go to put heating on it won't come one because it's running in hot water mode.

Is the spindal out and making the micro switch ?

At from of differential (diaphragm) is a microswitch. Disconnect one of the two wires and your hw should be off. Check if differential is stuck.

I've had them where the microswitch is stuck permanently on with the spindle still in.

Had a couple of these lately , spindle sticking, best thing is to replace Diff assembly £70.00 from sparesbase part No SO11814.

I usually fit a service kit and clean the push rod.

Could be a faulty microswitch or the pin stuck out. Either way it should be easy to see what's going on.

If above all fail check two pipes running from DCW to diaphanous are clear.
