baxi 105e condensing

ch is slow to heat up dhw just warm dhw not passing into heating boiler keeps on burning phex not getting hot and boiler is not kettleing any ideas

test primary thermistor should be 11k cold,may be failing,check return filter,though this wont affect dhw,check gas pressures
