Baxi 105he flue position?

hi guys. I came across a Baxi 105HE today and was trying to figure out whether the flue position was within MIs. I’ve attached a picture but looking in the book I can’t see an issue. Any advice will be appreciated.

In my opinion you are looking at point S in the flue location section of the Mi’s 1000

Unless I’ve downloaded the wrong instructions, it’s not a vertical flue. Looks ok to me, more than 25mm from internal corner, and more than 300 mm from an opening.

Hence I have said he is ok above mate. Didn’t see the (vertical only) bit. I was trying to do 3 things at once.

Also some food for thought: I asked gas safe about this type of thing, and if it’s say 280mm from a window, it’s only NCS - Bonkers.

I’d already started typing that before seeing your reply - I guess I was too slow

I thought that it had always been NCS mate? Unless products entering through door or window?
