Boiler goes straight to lockout , red light not flushing, no spark, 240v at switch live. PCB seems good. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

Surely that can only be PCB or stat!

Thx for the reply, everything points at PCB but that was changed a while ago by someone else.

TBH i cant remember the resistance of the stat phial, its basically a thermistor ,from memory the stat control pot is part of the pcb you need to ring baxi and get some resistance numbers to check, only then can you eliminate the thermistor and look at the pcb

I'll check the stat readings from Baxi. Does anyone think that doggy resistance in the pump would affect the PCB? Pump doesn't look in good conditions, it's seems to run thou

I wouldn't have thought so, disconnect the pump if your worried.

I've one of those that chews a pcb every 12 - 18 months. Baxi are clueless why.

Check you don't have a dodgy solder where the mains plug goes in also.
