Pls move this tread to GSR forum.

Need some help with a this boiler pls.
Hot water is working fine, but on heating the flame failure led starts to flash.
It doesn't do it straight away, takes a while but the customer says it happening often.
They have to reset the boiler to get it working again.

I suspected the APS, so I replaced that as that is a common fault on these boilers, but got a call today to say its done it again.
I've been told by another engineer that it could be the pcb, but that has been changed 3 years ago, could that have gone again so soon?

I'm struggling with this as last time I waited 20mins and it didn't cut off, so I'm going on trail and error.

your help is much appreciated.
