Hi All,

my issue on boiler..I noticed that my Baxi combi boiler leaking, i took a picture of issue, please take a look at it;

few more things to mention - that black part above leak, makes regular ticking noise.

should be i worried that much - as to call engineer ASAP regarding this? People please advice, as fixing boiler usually means "expensive" - maybe this is simple enough fix?

You have already broken the law by removing the cover mate so it's time to get a Gas Safe engineer out. Looks a relatively simple fix but please don't think we're all "expensive" most will charge the going rate to run a business

You need to call someone asap as the part that is leaking can also damage the black unit above it, small leaks if left for to long can start to cause a lot more problems, Get more than one price to do repair, you can even call Glow-Worm for a fixed price repair, sometimes more cost effective if more than one part faulty.

Sorry meant to say BAXI but problems with Forum wont let me edit out mistake

theres 2 comon leaks in there, not that expensive perhaps part cost x 2
