Baxi duo-tec 385 fault

Got Baxi duo-tec 2 Combi 28 GA coming up with e385 fault. Couldn’t find this fault code on the list,had no phone signal to ring Baxi so going to ring them tomorrow. From what I’ve searched online says low voltage less than 195Vac but def had 240,just wondering if anyone’s come across this before. Cheers

no point looking at the polarity as is very rarely that

Try turning of power to boiler from isolation switch leave it for 5min sometimes its a glitch on PCB and this will reset it.
