baxi eco 80 - pressure dropping (prv passing by)

prv faulty so going to replace that, pressure low, but when i run the hot tap, the pressure goes up slightly? turn it off drops again.

any ideas. dhw heat exchanger passing?

its my mum and dads boiler and i will be replacing in the summer or autumn but could do with it lasting a bit longer

maybe the pressure from the pump running as on boiler circuit only

yeah could be that puddle pal, the prv is defo passing so will change that and go from there

the prv needs a reason to fail,filling loop faulty,expansion vessel faulty,doubt its the dhw heat exchanger but could be and why replace it? its a excellent boiler and parts are cheap for it😎
