Guys , just been to a 105e, blokes swapping it in the new year and just needs it to go a bit longer .
HW ok , HTG dial has to be at max or nothing happens , boiler gets to temp , rads bounce off the wall , cools , starts again. It apparently has done this since he moved in 2 years ago , hes just come off contract with BG and they put a board on a week ago . Any ideas ?

Try replacing the heating temperature sensor first, not a expensive part to change around £20
 
Yep defo worth a punt , its just weird you have to turn the HTG dial to max , move it 2/3 mm back and it stops dead .
