Hi,

I had the above boiler installed about 2 years ago, for the last 6 months it has started banging for a few minutes when it starts up.

It sounds like the central heating pipes are banging not the boiler itself.

Any help would be appreciated in identifying the problem.

follow the route of heating pipes from boiler stuffing rags between where you can and as far as you can. then fire up the boiler holding the pipes, if it has resolved it or the noise is less apparent you have a pipe come loose from its clip. now its just a matter of locating and re-clipping.:cool:
