Hi, Can anyone shead any light on a
Baxi Duo Tec Combi 24 HE A GC no. 47-075-35, hot water only luke warm , I've changed the NTC sensor on domestic hot water, plate heat exchanger isn't kettling up or boilng by the sound of it , heating working fine no issues , hall effect sensor lights up, diverter moves goes through normal firing sequence , main burn then modulates down but will not give out hot water always luke warm

The NTC sensor was scaled when I removed it so was thinking scaled heat exchanger but not kettling up ?

Good flow rate through boiler

Any ideas guys

Thanks

Matt

Jist a quick update all sorted , plate heat exchanger partially blocked on heating side , removed, and replaced hot water now back up to 57 ,

No kettling on the heat exchanger and twmperture didn't bolt up before replacing so was a bit reluctant to change but hey presto,

Thanks for the help guys , I'm going to cut it open tomorrow to take a look in side see how bad it actually was will upload a few pics
