baxi main dial timer not working properly

I've had a new baxi main combi boiler installed in december, but the timer doesn't work properly. When I push in the teeth to programme it to go off and on , it goes off ok, but it always comes on at 2pm regardless of what time I set it to come on again. Can it be fixed, or do I need to buy a replacement timer ?

It will be under warranty, contact your installer who should be able to change it for free for you.
