Hiya i normally install but went to breakdown of baxi megaflow he system condensing boiler, 3 years old, when reset fan runs for 5 secs then stops and nothing happens. Not familliar with this boiler, no instructions on site, to late to call manufacturer. Boiler displaying c1, no power at pump. Is there a concealed reset? Does c1 simply mean its calling for heat? I think error codes start with e, is this right? Im thinking fan/pcb. If any one is familiar with this boiler please help thank you liam

c1???? not in the fault codes it should be e1 followed by a number 33 etc

Yeah just found that out when looking at MIs online, but boiler showing c1 as it should do, so not detecting there is a fault even though there is. Not familiar with repairing condensing boilers ill call baxi. Any help is much appreciated though thank you. Liam

have a word with baxi, there are no concealed resets you might have a pcb issue, come back if baxi dont help do you have the trade only number?

There is a pcb on the fan aswell as the main board. Ive had the same prob on W greenstar and it was the fan. Someone said to me the manufacturer engineers can plug in a computer to test for faults is this true or nonsence?
