baxi neta tec 28 pressure issues

my 2 yr old baxi neta tec 28 boiler is giving me some problems , i noticed the other day e118 (low pressure )flashing on the display it was 0.7 bar so i topped it up to 1 bar then turned the heating on , after 15 mins or so the pressure went up to 2.9 bar and gave error e117 (pressure too high) after draining some out via a rad bleed valve after heating cooled down it went back to 0.7 again too low . im not confident to ring the installer as he had'nt fitted one before so i will have to arrange an alternative fix.

not had it serviced so going to join a service contract with british gas comes with a annual service .

had it serviced engineer thought it was expansion vessel faulty but it was the thing thinged.
