Been called to a job for agents other engineer had been and said needed pcb. Long story short I put new board in still no lights but getting power up to the board. Baxi technical weren't much help.

did you carry out any diagnostics prior to buying the board, could be something is popping the board fuse as you turn it on!

I didn't diagnose it mate another engineer did I just got sent to fit it put one board in and got nothing thought maybe new board faulty so got another one same scenario still no lights

Just a thought but is the plug making a proper contact to the board? I've had it before but on another appliance

Have you checked for actual voltage or just used volt pen? Could be a dropped neutral either that or as said something is taking out your fast blows as you power up

There is an overheat stat fitted to these , between flow and return pipes into Hx I think . It's worth checking ...

Did you do any diagnostics after you replaced board, before fitting another?
