Hi Guys, I have an issue with a baxi solo 3 kettling after around 30 secs. Ive changed the pump as it appears to be a circulation issue, ive cut out the cold feed and expansion to check for blockages...(None). Ive removed the heat exchanger which appeared to be very clean inside, flushed it out, no dirt or grime. When i filled the exchanger for flushing out i done so via an outside tap, when filling through either the flow or return it did NOT fill equally throughout the exchanger. Is this normal or am i missing a blockage within the exchanger? Ive been at this boiler for the best part of 7 hrs and its really p*ss**g me of. The F/E tank is clear, no dirt or grime. when the boiler kettles it pushes the scalding water up the expansion into the F/E tank. Ive been on the phone to baxi,,,,, honestly,,, no help at all. has anybody had this issue or problem. Im gona try a sentinel air eliminator and inhibitor but cant understand why its run perfect for 10yrs then started doing this.... Is this issue the heat exchanger? Ive even suspected the high limit stat but dont think thats the problem. cheers
