Hi everyone,

Hopefully this isn't a stupid question but even if it is maybe someone can educate me. I currently live in a grade 2 listed building and i need a new boiler. All the pipes from the current boiler go straight up through the apartment above me and out on the roof. As this is a listed building there is no other option for moving the flue.

I've had some eye watering quotes for buying and fitting a new boiler, the expense mainly due to the fact that apparently with a modern boiler all my pipes need changing and this is a tricky job in my property.

So really my question is, is there a boiler out there that is a like for like swap for what i have, so i simply take out this boiler, fit the new one straight in and no pipe work has to be done and saving me a fortune. I've e-mailed Baxi but as of yet, no reply.

I've also tried searching for a second hand version of the same boiler on ebay but found nothing.

I've attached two images of my boiler,, and I'm based in Leeds if any local person has a clever cost effective solution

Thanks
Chris

flue will have to exit through wall in your own property i believe under new 'flue in void' regs, ie not inspectable!
