Boiler fires up for 5 min then pump keep running for long time then randomly fires up again. Flow pipe only gets warm not hot. New pump has been changed thinking is circulation issue. Powerflush or new Pcb???

I would check the thermistor readings before anything drastic. I'm sure there is a thermistor on right hand side somewhere or maybe an old style phial stat.

If flow pipe isn't getting hot, then doubt it would be a circulation issue, as usually flow pipe gets roasting but not much else.

Cheers for your reply, I will check the sensors. I thought PCB is common fault on this boiler.

there is a thermistor it reads in mega ohms not ohms think its 17 thou mega ohms but you would need to check,it clips onto the flow pipe red and grey stat

The correct reading on the thermistor for this boiler is way different to most boilers so maybe check with technical first.

PCB last time I had this fault, that was after I had already decided it was a worn pump and already replaced that.
