Going to look at an old Bermuda vp gas fire and was after advice before visiting.

Ignites ok but will not go onto higher flame settings. Was working ok 6 months when I replaced thermocouple and electro magnet. It is the earlier model without oxy-pilot. Just ignites over burner.

If I check gas pressure and all ok would it mean replacing gas tap??

Thanks

Re: Gas fire bermuda gas fire

Check the injectors are clear first. I think there are two injectors, one could be blocked.
