help!!!!!!

Hi, I am looking for some advice. We have just submitted planning application for a 7 bedroom 7 bathroom house. We will be demolishing the existing house, so can upgrade the mains water pipe into the house. To be honest it is difficult to check current water pressure as the all the taps are very very old and gunked up. The house will have UFH at ground level, with radiators on the 1st and 2nd floors. I am looking to also have UFH in the ensuites on at least the 1st floor. The question's I have are;
What is the best boiler system to have to ensure 4 showers can run at the same time with no loss of pressure? I have been researching and Megaflo's seem to be coming up often, our new next-door neighbour has 2 fitted! We are a family of 5 but have relatives staying often. I am a complete novice when it comes to building, but do try to do research (not sure if this is good or bad!?). The 1st floor will have 5 bathrooms/ensuites, 3 of which will be used daily and the 2nd floor will have 2, one of which will be used daily. Would it be possible to run say the 4 daily used showers off a megaflo, 2 from a combi boiler (as these will be used when guests visit, so they can stagger the showers) and have one as an electric shower (also backup if any boiler issues!)? Could the combi boiler also provide heat for the UFH as well as the radiators on 1st and 2nd floor (probably about 14 to 16 radiators?)? I have also read about accumulators, would on elf these be required? For the kitchen we have been looking at the Quooker boiling water tap, and they do one that has it's own mini combi that can apparently provide hot water for the win kitchen sink as well? We are also hoping to have a water softener fitted, will this cause any issues? Would I be best advised to have some kind of system designed for me and if so where would I go for this? I am based in Kent, near Rochester. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you could provide. Many thanks
