Best drill bit for drilling out screws?

Go a couple of a shower body that keep spinning so can't replace cartridge. Been ages since I last did it so can't remember what best to use. Or if there any new fangled gadgets that do the job.

You will find the screws will be soft possibly alu screws so a good quality drill bit will do
