Best place to buy plumming tools

Hi all, its my first post so be gentle.....lol.....!!!

I am replacing my bathroom suite very soon (infact the new one is in the garage)

Where is the best place to buy the essential tools such as cutters, for value and quality...?

Also where is the best place to buy all the copper and plaggy fittings...?

as above, if you go to a few merchants and get a price and tell them your after a few bits you can gaurantee one of them will offer a discount of some sort, if not ask them for one.
