Going to London on for a long weekend in the middle of October. Which is the most convenient way to get in. Taxi or the Heathrow Express

Taxi if you have luggage and deep pockets. Express for me[emoji12] then taxi to hotel

Tube is quick and relatively cheap. Jubilee line is pretty reliable as well.

How you getting to Heathrow ? I used to park at tube station , If for a long weekend just hope your car is still there, Why not be brave and drive in??

Think he`s flying in from Dublin, at least thats the way I read it.
I would say the coach with young children or a wallet rape in a taxi, if all adults then either the coach or the tube with no view but quicker than the coach.
If taxi then prebook with a company just outside LHR who will monitor the ETA of the flight and meet you but ask £`s first, on no account take one from the airport taxi rank. Some hotels have a shuffle bus so worth asking them first.
(ex cabbie who made good £`s in the 80`s)

Ah thanks lads. Rpm is spot on. Heading from Dublin. Haven't been there before. Will prob get the tube. Never been there before so I'll have to get a few tips off ye when I'm closer to going about sightseeing. No kids in tow. Just me, d missus and d credit card. Thanks

Tip number 1, never ever let that card out of your sight even if the person serving you drops it on the floor and check the next bill carefully.

Ah sure we've ann summers here. I think Dublin is it's number 1 selling store in d world.
