Hi there,

A customer has a Riva Compact HE (M96.24SM/C) combi. They are saying that the boiler fires for 10 to 15 seconds then goes to lock out. This happens on hot water and heating. They re-set the boiler then the same thing happens again.

Does anyone know what it may be? Possibly overheat stat kicking in?

Thanks in advance :)

pump working pressure in system etc?

What about flame failure , it starts to light but the flame failure isnt sensing the flame therefor putting into lockout ,
Have u tested any of it yet ?

What are the fault lights indicating. They give flashing codes

Hi guys,

Thanks for all the tips. I'm going to look at it tomorrow however the customer said it's now working since they turned off the gas oven. So could be low gas pressure although it was working with the oven on before today and it would have to be seriously low pressure. Could be a brain teaser ;-)
