I haver never seen a 22mm choked up this bad before. And this is apparently after a flush a couple of yrs ago. Which they had because water wasn't getting hot. But, the little hole actually did end up heating the cylinder.

Replaced with an 824. Couldn't see any rubber hoses inside?
