Just had a phone call from a customer today. When the neighbour empties a bath the water is coming into my customer's home through his kitchen sink/washing machine. This is leading me to the conclusion that a private sewer is nearly completely blocked somewhere downstream.

Anyone else got any staggeringly different opinions before I go and cost the work? Sounds like an excuse for a bit of drain jetting fun!

Yes, blocked drain.

Open up all the chambers to see what is going on. Try bailey rods first!
