why oh why is it alwys last job of the day - changing a siphon and its a one piece so the cistern has to come off and the good lady has used that bloo block in the cistern!!! blue sludge about an inch thick in the bottom - aaaaaaghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst I had was a frog that some child (I assume) had put in the cistern. It had been there so long that it was a perfectly frogged shape form of grit. Don't know why but I had to use a polythene bag as a glove for that one.
