We have recently experienced problems with our Evo combi boiler. It went through a phase of turning itself off and the having to be reset to turn it back on. This, I think was caused by a problem with the pressure and we had a plumber come and replace the expansion vessel.

This has undoubtedly improved the performance but has caused further issues. The burner light still flashes. Is this still a problem, or is this normal?

Also another concern is that now the expansion vessel has been replaced, there seems to be a problem with our radiators. There seems to be different radiators at different times which either are hot or not, even though the thermostats are on number 2, which previously gave out a good degree of heat.

I have bled all radiators and there was no air in the system. Any ideas, thoughts or indeed solutions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The flashing burner light is normal

You will get a fault code if there is an error

You say that the thermostat is on 2. Does the room feel warm? The radiator will turn off when the room reaches the set point on the trv. If you want the room warmer you will need to turn the trv up slightly until you find the comfort spot
