Boiler clearances

Cust has problems with national house builder, boiler is fitted in kitchen cupboard ( ideal logic heat 24 ) everything works ok, but boiler has been label ntcs as only 1mm between cupboard and boiler. Is this correct? Should be 2.5mm

a bit of a stretch for a ncs

but i guess if you cant take the cover off easy to service it

It should be 2.5, cust has had numerous problems with the builder and is basically looking for problems

If I was the builder I'd bring my chainsaw and tick that "issue" off the list!
