newish install . vaillant 415 boiler .fires up every 5 mins for 10 secs, programmer is set to heating off and water on auto....cylinder stat set to 60.. can anyone comment on the problem thanks.

Check for a pre heat function and turn it off.
Otherwise your need a gas man in.
