It isn’t mate But the house is 15 years old and that is the original fence. I Wouldn’t want that dispute when the boiler needs changing

That’s what I told them. Said they need to fix that dispute now before the new boiler goes in.

Ive seen worse with council properties with brick walls built so the neighbours flue discharges 300mm inside the neighbours side of the wall.
