Evening

What you guys think about this one. Boiler installed in cellar, flue outside is 220mm above the metal cover over the opening to the cellar. I know it should be 300mm from the ground. Obviously no chance of water or snow entering.Reason I ask been asked to install new boiler and would be a nice job if it didn't need relocating. Plume kit obviously.

I like the idea of twin flue. But am reluctant to fit a keston although not seen new ones. Also only a 2 year warranty.
