Boilerbust

My Boiler is currently not working. The trouble seems to be that there is no power getting to the boiler. The timer box works fine, it's only a month old. But the fuse light in the boiler room isn't on.. Even resetting timer won't work. I've checked the fuses and the RCD etc. Also the pump leaks water when the cap is unscrewed. I just need help!
