Boiler issue

I have a boiler issue i called someone to check they changed the valve and no luck, he spent time on it and now gave up.....

So i have 2 CH zones and 1 hot water

- When Everything is off it shows 0 (idle)
-when Zone 1 CH on it shows C (no flame) for a minute then FD fault
-when Zone 2 CH on it shows C (no flame) for a minute then FD fault
-when hot water is on it shows 0 does nothing

Now when hot water is on and CH is on it shows C with burner. I can now turn off CH and burner remains for hot water. However if i turn off hot water the burner now stops.

Also pump only runs when HW is on

Any thoughts?

What's odd is that it was working originally unless a wire is now broken.

I am guessing it is an Ideal logic combi?

not a combi then, this explains the 0 when running hot water.

Thanks, Iam just wondering should the water pump be running for both CH and HW?

as i notice it only runs when HW control is on
