Boiler Location

Was putting in some taps this morning when i noticed a worcester high flow 440 situated underneath a gas hob, whats the regs regarding this ?

They have only had it installed few months ago all can't say i have ever seen this before

I guess if boiler clearances are ok then it's ok?

About a mil either side and 25 mm from top of boiler to bottom of hob

Looks rammed in there...

May look rammed, but the bunker above is removable which would indicate that they want access from above. How you going to do that with a hob above?

Cant see you ever getting the hob out either ,

seemed a strange location to me
