Was putting in some taps this morning when i noticed a worcester high flow 440 situated underneath a gas hob, whats the regs regarding this ?

They have only had it installed few months ago all can't say i have ever seen this before

Looks rammed in there...
 
May look rammed, but the bunker above is removable which would indicate that they want access from above. How you going to do that with a hob above?
