boiler not firing up or locking out

hi can anyone tell me what the fault would be in a boiler ive been looking at.its already had the transformer replaced and is firing again.but now when it kicks back in again on stat it doesn't fire up or lockout just blows cold air,im thinking control box or photocell.its a old boiler with a danfoss bh012.1 control box I posted about before,thanks again.

It is out of oil!

Has to be control box or photocell if the burner is just running the motor.
Would think control box. A second hand BHO 12 box would be handy to try.

Very often if the transformer has gone, its the control box that's knackered it. For the cost of a photocell, if replace both.
