Boiler not kicking in

Hi
I have a Camray 3 oil boiler and when I turn my heating or hot water on the boiler won’t fire up!
There is no light on the mains power switch! I have changed the 3amp fuse at the on of isolator switch!

Any help would be great

No that’s all fine! Randomly kicked back on late last night! And worked on the time it was set at to come on this morning!

No it’s a Honeywell programmable one fixed on the wall

Need an electrical tester next time it's not running and trace where the 230v stops.
