Im having an issue where my boiler will not switch off even if i turn the heating and/or water off on the control panel in the airing cupboard, the pump still runs and the boiler fires up every now and then. The only way im able to get the boiler and pump to turn off is via the heating & water power switch in the airing cupboard (which goes to the control panel) or the isolator switch next to the boiler in the kitchen.
The Honeywell 3 way diverted value switch has been replaced but didnt remedy the issue, a replacement control panel has been tried to see if that would fix the issue but didnt, if when the heating and water is on i turn down the thermostat in the hallway then the divertor valve switch in the airing cupboard moves over to just water so the thermostate seems to be working also so i think we can rule these 3 things out.
It would seem that the boiler is still getting a live feed from somewhere thus causing it to not turn of the boiler and pump even though the control panel is in the off position, any ideas?
