Boiler on when hot water & heating is turned off

Hi
I have a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30 CDi system boiler. It is two years old. My heating and hot water is set on a timer to come on for an hour in the morning and evening. The boiler is on at various times during the day over the last two years, when the heating and hot water is off. I don't think it should be on during the day.
Please inform me if you think there is a problem with my boiler.
